Students at Colleges of Further and Higher Education are an important group to influence and inform on the benefits of service in the Regular, Volunteer Reserve and Cadet Forces. The RFCAs help nurture the relationships with the colleges maintaining and raising awareness of the Services as a whole, working in conjunction with the Careers Advisory teams.
